Cesar Augustus is a Colombian-American founder, technologist, and community builder based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Born in Pereira, Colombia, Cesar immigrated to the United States at age 12 and later settled in West Palm Beach, where he began building the foundation for his future.
During middle and high school, he worked nights and weekends cleaning office buildings in downtown West Palm Beach to help support his family — an experience that forged his discipline, resilience, and long-term mindset.
After graduating from John I. Leonard High School, Cesar attended Palm Beach Community College and later earned his degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He became one of the early Microsoft-certified .NET software professionals in South Florida.
Over the past two decades, Cesar has founded and built multiple technology companies, including iMarketing21 and Dealer Scanning, and has played a key role in scaling Vantage Recreational Finance into a leading marine lending platform. His work focuses on designing systems that create efficiency, growth, and long-term value.
Driven by a commitment to expand access to opportunity, Cesar founded FutbolTech.org, a nonprofit that integrates soccer, English-language instruction, and life skills development to empower underprivileged youth. He is also an advocate for financial literacy and emerging technologies as tools for long-term empowerment.
Cesar serves on the board of the West Palm Beach Rotary Club and remains committed to advancing education, entrepreneurship, and youth development in the community he proudly calls home.
