The West Palm Beach Rotary Club welcomes S. Lizabeth Martin, M.A., Communications and Education Manager for the Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics, as our featured guest speaker at our Tuesday luncheon meeting on August 11, 2026.

The Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics works to promote the highest ethical standards in county and municipal government throughout Palm Beach County. Ms. Martin will share insight into the Commission’s mission, its education and outreach programs, and how both residents and public officials can help strengthen public trust in local government.
